Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Trieste, Italy. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. However, during peak seasons, such as the end of the year, additional time may be required to ensure quality checks. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 9 p.m. (Italy time) will be processed the following business day. If an order is placed after 9 p.m. on Friday, it will likely be shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free standard shipping on all orders.
- Orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country.
- A signature may be required upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone is available during business hours to receive the package.
How Are Taxes and Duties Calculated?
All orders are shipped under Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) terms. As the customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes required to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Customs Policies

We ship packages as DDU (Delivery and Duties Unpaid) and do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout.
Customs fees vary by country and are paid directly to the local authorities or carrier.
Customs officials may delay delivery or deny release of your package at their discretion.
If an international order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, delivery failure, or refusal to pay customs fees, a $30 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs will not be refunded for Express Shipping.
Exchange Rate Application
When purchasing in a currency other than EUR, conversions are handled by our partner Flow Commerce, Inc., and include a conversion fee.
We recommend paying in the currency your payment method was issued to avoid additional bank fees.

Returns
1. General Information
Any brand-new product in its original condition, with the product tag and packaging intact, can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be unworn, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging (where applicable). Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
Refunds will be issued in the form of non-expiring store credit or returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.

For Black Friday orders, the final refund amount will NOT be the amount paid in your original order.

Missing or has a removed/damaged product tag
